The designed in thing is a plus for the customer. It gives them exactly what they want and need. This design to desires format is a positive not a negative, IMO.

I agree it's a plus. However, if OEMs don't want to work with LUMM b/c of Molex's hold on products for 4 years, it they will not have any back-up should Molex delay acceptance for any reason.

And I have read the SEC documents carefully. You're becoming condescending in your attitude and that can lead to end of discussion real quick.

I'm sorry if my comments seemed condescending. Considering you've read the details of the Molex agreement, I'm surprised you dismiss it out of hand.

If you want to end the debate, that's fine.
