pinhi... can i take a shot at that? there is nothing more satisfying to me than taking soft money and putting it into hard assets and i luv real estate, especially the unencumbered kind. always nice to own some appreciating hard assets. leveraging real estate with loans is great in times of high inflation...otherwise i am not fond of the loans unless you need them. jmho unclewest grabbed some elon at 94 7/16...should tank now! :o)
