I emailed the Co when I saw on the OTC BB site that they were scheduled for delisting, and here is the reply:
March 20, 2000

Dear Shareholder:

In response to your inquiry, I can tell you that on March 13, 2000, ROVAC became current with all of its SEC filings. When the account is reviewed at the end of this week, it is my understanding that the E will be removed and the companies listing should remain as it is.
