knight - don't know for sure what ABB-v up to, but the VSE has basically allowed many of the junior resource companies to double, triple without much justification, rumour of Internets, seeking an Internet, negotiating an Internet, thought about it and on hold, or actively persuing something of merit, or deal signed and going ahead. Thats partly why the VSE index has done so well, 700 or so shells becoming active, and some with projects of merit. And of course the VSE has benefitted from the tremendous runup of the NASDAQ.
