Glad to see you were able to make some progress on the resolution to your delimna. What really troubles me is the uncertainty, lack of clarity and inconsistency in some of E*trade's policies as stated on their website, in their user agreement, and by the human reps on the phone. Is it really asking too much for all of them to "be on the same sheet of music"? 4-Bob
