foster, you can buy at 24 right now. sell the 25 naked put for the number of shares you want to buy. if it closes at 25 then you get in a almost 23. if it closes at 25.5 then buy it and with the money you got for naked put it is lower than 24 total cost. if it goes up more. sell another naked put.
