Civil Lawsuit Against Anthony@Pacific
There is strong reason to believe that Anthony@Pacific (aka Amr Ibrahim Elgindy) has permanently damaged the value of your ECNC investment for the purpose of personal profit. Here A@P comments on the possible ECNC halt on Monday March 13 at approx 7AM; this is nearly two and a half hours before the actual halt. Did A@P know about the halt on ECNC before it happened ? Shouldn't this have been privileged information ?

It is also possible that A@P played a role in launching the first class action motion levied against ECNC. There is evidence that Anthony@Pacific (unfortunately, these message have been erased) was canvassing for e-mail addresses on the Raging Bull ECNC message board late afternoon on Monday March 13. The premise of his solicitation was to ?offer help' to injured stockholders, but he was probably collecting potential plantiffs. Coincidently, A@P has prior relations with Weiss & Yourman, the first lawfirm to announce class action.
