Here is a P&F chart on LGOV. It would need to print 2.00 to
give a buy signal. The long column of Os after the long
column of Xs is called a "high pole reversal". It is a
negative chart pattern indicating that the positive trend is
over. This is further confirmed by the lower high (Xs
indicate positive movement, Os indicate negative movement).

There is some support at 1.00 and .75. if it hits .75
though, it will give another sell signal by breaking the
bullish support line (indicated by the asterisks).

There are several P&F threads on SI, you may check my
analysis for bias with anyone on those threads.
