Hey Dale Great to have you on board, I know several people that speak highly of you. You are correct... Capital Alliance also trades on the pink sheets (non-BB) in the US under the symbol CPTPF. A little bit of volume (5-10K) in the past several weeks but other than that dead. Numerous stocks in Canada have this pink sheet listing. This listing is not created by the company but is actually created by a broker/dealer in the US filing that files the proper forms to get this listing (I think a G-10 filing). A few months ago I informed JDX (now itech) that they had a pink sheet listing that was active... they didn't believe me until I sent them the link to the stock. That being said.... The company is active seeking a "real" listing in the US as we speak. With the upcoming GEM IPO they should have a high enough share price and more than enough assets for a small cap listing. They could easily get a BB listing right now. Best Regards KEITH
