Jeff I guess until the day this case is finally resolved you are I are going to continue to disagree about whether or not SJ knew her killer.

I simply feel that there is far more evidence to support that she did, than there is to support that she didn't.

She was struck several times in the head. One or even the initial blow could have knocked her out. She may have had her head turned at the point of the first blow. I don't know but I could imagine this scenario.

SJ is speaking with another regarding a delicate situation.
SJ turns her head away in anger, disgust, out of feeling bad for what she has just had to say, i.e. letting someone down easy. Killer is upset about the entire scene (whatever that is) and lashes out at the point where SJ had turned her head.

All we know is that a red car was seen leaving that area. We don't know what kind of car. Make, model etc. Vans and Jeep style vehicles have more head room in them than regular cars.

Also who's to say that she was not killed elsewhere, outside of a car. Then put into a car, driven to the street where found and dumped.

IMO if it had been random the reward would have brought forth some kind of information by now especially if more than one had been involved. Also since SJ was so physically strong I see much more reason to have the defensive wounds that aren't there.

Knowing her killer and being taken off guard just seems far more logical.
