Hi mike:

Re. the ADCT-RBAK deal, recall that ADCT was one
of the financial backers of Siara, which was purchased
for stock by RBAK. I guess ADCT was counting on Siara for
SONET and IP transport solutions for video signals.

I don't think that this in any way invalidates the
purchase of PAIR, since Avidia is not really targeted
at video delivery.
