I would love my 'own' little AI program to play with and indoctrinate...! Maybe someday soon. I'm sure you would. We all seem to have that attribute (grin). I see re: loft. Yes. Fluffy is good, but can be too dry and unappealing. I enjoy richness in a cake-- not exactly pudding texture, but moist, butter richness. I do not enjoy icing very much at all, though every now and then we have a cake around here with some sort of light lemon icing that I think is wonderful. Hey. Is Gore your guy again?
