Barry, I think that Tom's piece has as much to do with the decline as this weekend ramblings on our thread (my becoming a "FUD'ster suddenly, Stuart call to arm (put your shares in a cash account, etc.). My own gut feeling is the problem must be more fundamental and not yet visible to all of us. The following are just speculations, but maybe the problems that PSII has are partially related to RMBS, maybe INTC has run into a new snag (the RIMM's for the 1 GHz machine, or even the chipset are "coughing" a little at these speeds, or even the possibly inaccurate perception that MSFT's box is going with DDR. I don't know, so I cannot assess it, but if you remember, the most of the decline from $117 last year occurred before we were aware of the reasons (the third slot, delays in the 820 etc.). Zeev
