Bob, I am not really interested in many of them because their underlying markets are up so high and so full of risk. Exceptions include Chile Fund, First Philippines, First Australia and Singapore Fund. I like to get them at the bottom. I am also warming up to ROC, but I want to see more damage. I prefer Europe and Africa still, at least for the time being.

However, that being said, I use the whole lot in my maximum income accounts as paired trades. For example, I am long Singapore Fund at a 20% discount and short the Singapore Web which sells at Net Asset Value. Of course, you need a good short rebate to make this a great strategy and that is tough for an individual to get. First Australia is another one that works the same way. From time to time as the discounts expand, you can get some layups with this strategy.
