upside down To quibble a little bit, Intel's unbelievable EGOWARE (TM) announcement of the 1 GHz Pentium, a part Intel could not deliver in volume, really "turned things upside down". Dresden might not be important had Intel not validated the importance of the AMD 1 GHz announcement to everyone including those not paying attention! This is a blunder a great as Nixon surrendering the tapes!
