30 Year investment: LTBH

I was lucky enough to have a relative put $943.60 into GE in 1984. Split adjusted my cost is $5.74. Today its up 1,876.87% at a close of $140 15/16. Best part . . . it pays a dividend. Total Value today= $19,788.39.

I do pay taxes on the dividend.

GE is a rare example, however, I do expect it to be around in 2014.
