Anthony, personally I don't much care for your style of investing (shorting). Nor do I care much about participating in a lawsuit against you. I firmly believe that justice will prevail against all who have committed illegal actions here. For obvious reasons, I hope that ECNC not only survives this but flourishes. They have learned some valuable lessons as I'm sure you have, I have and most of us have. You may have been correct in sniffing out some fraudulent companies who have knowingly scammed investors over the past years. For that I offer my congratulations. The problem is that sometimes you are wrong. A difficult thing to swallow and admit when you have such a 'following'. Another problem is that when you're wrong you damage legitimate companies and their shareholders. ECNC IMO is one of those companies. I do not intend to convince you of this, nor will you convince me otherwise. Period. Hopefully by next week the SEC will offer it's conclusions and we will all move on, some licking more wounds than others. On this I wish one and all much Health and Happiness as they are the true important things in life. Regards Ken
