Jim,
RE:"I use "Swing Trading" and "Day Trading", with very little "Position trading" at this time. I posted my sell on MSFT at 116, mentioning at that time I was done with the stock until it goes through the yearly high of 119 15/16, which would be considered a breakout, thus a buy signal. Of course, technical data such as breakouts must yield to the "NEWS" factor and since my nose is glued to my computer screen throughout the trading day, I will get any DOJ settlement news in plenty of time to buy back into MSFT. In the meantime, my money can be at work in more productive stocks. I look for MSFT stock to be productive again someday, the question is when. My next seasonal play is the summer rally into July earnings. Works everytime."

So Jim, how are you doing with all this? Have you reached the position of Limosine Liberal yet?

Jim
