Teri, after reading some of the reactions (not yours) to the balanced
budget agreement, I think 'irrational exuberance' could get us in trouble again. I have not seen the text of the agreement. But I just
don't see how it can add much value to what America produces. So why
should stocks shoot up?

I have the opposite problem. Which was OK in the case of Intel, but not in the case of 3Com (which I rode from a 70% gain to a loss). So
now I experiment just a little by selling before the top, like you do.
