Anyone know if FDX, is in the hunt to buy ground based service locations with E-Com etc. working within a operating business?

Rumors have been out on the street and I'm looking to see if anyone has anything to share.

UPS has RPS and somemore to offer so when will FDX get with the program. Is there not money to be made in the shiping of pre paid internet business?
