Clearly I must have missed something. I must have mis-read where you compared a $4600.00 Dell PIII against much ,lower end and $1000.00 cheaper Athlon systems. And then you declare the PIII the winner? I must have misunderstood what looks like a setup- How about I build a $4600.00 Athlon system and compare it to the cheapest PIIIs I can find? trust me-the results will be different. THe PIII may infact be the fastest, I haven't had a chance to test them yet, but your testing method wreaks of a setup and you and your organization know better than this kind of trash comparison. Sure would like to see the check you get from Dell this week!!
