anyone seen PERF??? stock has run from under a buck in december to 17 1/2 close today. they sell bus office machine cleaning products. perfectdata.com revenues have been flat to decling for years now and they're sportin a lofty p/s of 32. the good stuff...they filed a 14a this march 14 sec.gov and it looks like they wanna essentially sell the company...but for about 2.25 per share. am i reading this correctly???
