$45M "breakup" fee... can anyone confirm?

I think that was the amount (or somewhere around that amount) if Corel backs out of the acquisition---Fat chance of that ever happening!

If Inprise backs out I think it was more like $30M.

Of course, there were circumstances where the penalty would not be assessed.
