I think it is fair to say that there is a clear agreement among the vast majority of INPR shareholders that Dale Fuller has brought us into an extremely negative situation with Corel.

I also think that it is accurate to say that there is an absolute agreement among practically all the INPR shareholders that a merger involving the Cowpland management should be avoided at all costs.

On the assumption that indeed most of us agree on the above two points, it seems to me that there is a chance that the INPR shareholders might vote down the deal.

If the deal does get voted down, I am not certain if it means Fuller and/or the BOD will resign. However, I tend to think that so much damages will have been done to the INPR stock between now and the time of the vote that it really will not matter at all.

If only Fuller involves himself to the Linux development only and get someone capable to do the deals, we may well be having a rising stock now instead of a 0.747 piece of trash. I really wish and hope that Fuller and/or the BOD would do something to correct this mistake they made. This lingering-on darkness is what is destroying the stock.
