The report predicts a near term share price of $2.50 based on a conservative PE on basic earnings of 7.8.

They say the rest of the industry is getting 18 which would put it at $5.76.

That doesn't take advantage of the cash in the bank, the aggressive acquisition and growth strategy, the small float or the debt free status of the company.
