Sorry Ted, I didn't mean to confuse anyone. It was just interesting how these FTC cases with powerhouse always seem too fade away...... Milo, What confused me was the Raging Bull date stamp right above the court document......it was for today. That led me to believe that what you were posting was timely. The date on the court document was at the bottom and I never got that far. Maybe when you post potentially explosive stuff like that which is not current, you might give a heads up. I am almost set off another thread war. ;~) ted
