Hello 'Zap I for one would be very pleased to see my useless spin off shares in Envirotech and Adhatters become tradable again. Heaven forbid should they actually fulfill some of the potential that we hoped for in the early CSMA days. One question though... Who the heck is Jay Bell ? I understand David Smith/Isaac's interest in seeing his millions regained, but Jay Bell is a new name to me. After just re-reading the web page, I realise that Jay Bell is David's attorney. It reads that he is "our" attorney representing "our" interests, but I'm assuming that David is asking to have us nominate him as the new Chairman of the Board for both companies. I for one think better the devil that you think you know by e-mail, than the devil that's ripped you off over the past couple of years. I for one will be giving David my proxies. Regards Durro
