A memorable and touching moment.

As presented by Roger Sherman.

Award to Russell C. Horowitz
Presented at the GNET Shareholders Meeting
~March 17, 2000~
from the Go2Netrillionaire$
(presented by "Roger Sherman")

In June of last summer, just before Go2Net's second stock split in just one year, a group of us who were so impressed with this company and it's "long term" future, formed what we believe is the World's first "STOCK FAN CLUB."

We named ourselves the "Go2Netrillionaires." Slightly optimistic perhaps, but oh well. A billion here, a billion there. . .and you never know.

In this room today are representatives of this first "Stock Fan Club," some of whom have flown in to be here from all parts of the country. And I'm sure some of the more famous ones will stick around after the meeting, to sign autographs. Several of them have never been in our fair city before. I'm sure Russell sent a memo to a "higher authority" for the sun to be out for this meeting today. . .but I don't think Paul has received it yet! Perhaps it went to Emmett Watson by mistake.

As far as I know, today is the first time any of us have ever actually met in person. In exactly one week from today some of our little "Fan Club" will be celebrating the First "Annual Go2Netrillionaires Party." All you "long term" GNET investors are invited to the meeting, especially you boaters, as we hold our annual meeting just offshore, and a little southwest of here a few thousand miles, on a little island called Maui.

All of us investors have heard many times, "NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A STOCK." But perhaps it's okay to fall in love with a company's management. Especially one which has an incredibly brilliant leadership "team," with a vision that perhaps might help lead the world to places we've never been before. Many of us LONG TERM "investors" believe Go2Net has such a team, and represents the "cutting edge" of that future.

I'm wearing one of the VERY rare "Trillionaires" buttons. They'll most likely be huge collector's items someday, selling at a premium on E-Bay. . .I mean on HAGGLE!. I should also mention, if you look very carefully, you'll notice that the "S" at the end of the "Trillionaires" is a HUGE DOLLAR SIGN. Now, despite the really cool things we expect this company to be focused on in the months and years to come, we "Trillionaires" humbly want to say that the dollar sign stands for something very near and dear to us "long term" investor's hearts. . .which is STOCK PRICE!. . .(turning towards the Board of Directors, and repeating). . THAT'S. . . STOCK PRICE!!!

Anyway, as a token of our appreciation for what you Russell, and your incredible Go2Net "team" has been able to accomplish in a very few short years, we are honored to present you with this little award of thanks and encouragement to keep leading us all into the future, with magical things of wonder and surprise!

Our little award to you reads as follows (engraved on the plaque):

Presented on this Seventeenth Day of March
in the year Two Thousand, to
Russell C. Horowitz
~ Chief Executive Officer of Go2Net, Incorporated ~
