Thanks for the post KZAP. Where did you get this information? Very interesting indeed.
davsi.com

To All:

The above website was apparently created by the infamous David Isaacs (AKA David Smith). His "Shareholder's letter" was dated March 4, 2000. Today is March 21. Does anyone know why it took so long for this new shareholder information to surface? (March 4th until March 21)?

Contrary to what David Isaacs states in his "Shareholder's letter", Envirotec and Adhatters has recently been in contact with the shareholders. In October of 1999, Shareholder letters were sent to alert shareholders of an October meeting.

Did anybody attend the Shareholder's meeting in Salt Lake City on October 26th, 1999 for Envirotec and Adhatters?

According to the proxy, the Oct. 26th shareholder's meeting was to elect directors and vote on the name change of Envirotec to WESTERN WASTE, INC.

Does anybody know if the name change has been completed?
I would tend to believe that we are no longer shareholders of Envirotec. As of last October, we are all probably proud owners of WESTERN WASTE, INC.

In the last year I swept Envirotec and Adhatters under the rug (hoping one day to be surprised to find them trading with some value).

Evidently, the reason David Isaacs is pursuing this venture is because at one time he owned 600,000 shares of CSMA. I do empathize with him because when CSMA got up to its high price of $2.65 (November 1997), David Isaacs' shares were worth ~$1,590,000. As we're all well aware, our shares are of no value (as of today).

My concern is that if David Isaacs wanted all of us shareholders to participate with him, why hasn't he posted on this thread to let us know about his efforts?

LET'S BRING THIS THING OUT IN THE OPEN AGAIN DAVID! You could at least send Private Messages to people who have posted in the past.

I've tried to put this CSMA nightmare behind me, but this latest development has re-opened some wounds.

What does everybody else think? (If anybody even monitors this thread anymore).

I'd still like to see Adhatters and Envirotec (Western Waste, Inc.) actively trading.
