This is not intended by its author as a reductio ad absurdum. One can easily infer his sincerity from his tone: Just so you understand I am not a Nazi, I want to explain my proposal for a humane labor camp. His use of the term "labor camp" betrays him. We can only hope James will be the first and last inmate of such a camp. Well, maybe Galt and FT for a little company.

It would be terrifying if it were written by someone with half a brain.
