You're thinking of it wrong. Think of it in terms of percentage moves. If NDX rises 1% for the day, so will QQQ. This actual point change is irrelevant. At 200, it would have been +2, at 100 it will be +1. All that's changed is the number of units x a given price. The "market cap" of QQQ as you probably just read is over $10 Billion now. This is as true today as Friday.
