The INTF price target of 150 was, indeed, arrived at by looking at revenues and using the BlueGill acquisition for guidance.

We've projected INTF's revenues for fiscal years 2000 and 2001 to be conservatively $22.4 million and $48.25 million respectively. I say conservatively because of the agreement with IBM in which IBM resells INTF's Document Server. This relationship was outlined in an earlier post: Message 13246142.

Twelve months out, annual (two quarters lagging and two quarters forward) revenues are projected to be conservatively around $30 million. Fifty times that is $1.5 billion, divide by the float of 5 million shares to get a share price of $300. Then divide by 2 to cover your butt. :)

Hope that helps. I would be happy to address any further concerns so don't be shy.
