I apologize for my lack of sophistication with TA, and I would welcome constructive comments on my views, which are: 1) Bollinger Bands- favorable move off the lower band, with a short term target around 22; 2) RSI (14 day) no longer <30, but trending up toward 50, which I view as positive: 3) slow Stochastics a BUY, crossover at 20; 4) MACD a BUY, looking oversold with histogram trending up. Am I missing something, or is this a clear buy?
