They never explained what a mess it was going to be. After the process started, I was unable to access either account online. I called back and they said don't worry, less than 48 hours, and everything will be fine. I started the process of unlinking 2 accounts almost a month ago...guess who's still waiting. I'm just going to close those 2 accounts down. Looks like the "simplest" way.
