(QCOM: news, msgs). The TruckersCo-op unit operates a B2B Web site for members of the trucking and fleet industries. Celadon will use Qualcomm's OmniTracs mobile communications and tracking system and TruckMail products. The deal with Pennzoil-Quaker State lets members buy motor oil and lubricants at a discount through the Web site. On Friday, Robertson Stephens initiated coverage of the Celadon Group with a buy recommendation.
