Mr. John Wiseman reports
Effective Dec. 7, 1999, 703,000 stock options to purchase common shares for a period of three years at a price of 50 cents per share have been reserved for granting to directors and consultants and effective Feb. 1, 2000, an additional 125,000 stock options to purchase common shares for a period of three years at a price of $1 per share have been reserved for granting to consultants. This grant of stock options remains subject to the filing of final documentation with the Canadian Venture Exchange.
