Did anyone watch 20/20 last night about stock scams? Mike Kugler has brought up in conversation and on this board many interesting and important points about improvements that must be made to protect the investors. Mike has much to offer and has a great backround.

One of my goals as this scam unravels is to hopefully protect future investors. We can help others by informing them of our loss and how the deal was perpetrated. I depended on the audited statements, company statements and pr releases, and lastly Waaco and their hype, in that order. In the world of clean business, I have always relied upon audited statements. Not anymore, unless they are done by one of the big ethical accounting firms, with big dollars behind them which can be accessible in the courtroom.

The case I referred to regarding the indictment in Tennessee is listed as pending. The important point which goes beyond disclosing this to the investor and shareholders, is the year 1995. The state has spent considerable time investigating Mr. Zayed prior to their action. This was not a hasty decision as Waaco would like you to believe, nor is Waaco's support of Mr. Zayed done out of ignorance.

The CRIC deal has not been fully disclosed regarding who is behind the
purchasing parties. Interfinance.
