Gary,

re: SECX Brazil deal with Xerox. SECX is expecting to handle 50% of Xerox's printer sales (forget about copiers, etc.). 50% of 35,000 (projected Y2000 units) is 17,500. Following are four Xerox models and pricing in the current CDW catalog:

Docuprint N2125 - 21ppm mono laser - $1437.95
Docuprint N2825 - 28ppm mono laser - $2099.58
Docuprint N3225 - 32ppm mono laser - $2699.74
Docuprint N4025 - 40ppm mono laser - $3248.98

Average price of the four models is $2371.56
(note: the prices above are highly discounted to begin with)

17,500 x $2371.56 = $41,502,300

Let's assume SECX gets a modest commission (25%) on that revenue. That's $10,375,575! Just in printers.
