Maurice,

Thanks incredibly for the Forbes link. The best part of that article was the Q&A session. It made my day...

Q: What's the scarcest commodity in the world today?
A: Software talent.

Q: Which western nations grow enough native talent?
A: None.

Q: How do companies like Oracle and Sun fill their talent needs?
A: By importing it from India, Taiwan and China.

Q: Can't SAP do the same?
A: It would be easier for Chairman Hasso Plattner to jump in the Rhine and play the underwater tuba for a week than to relocate one Bangalore software programmer to Munich.

Good lord that's a funny mental image...
