Schwab. Longest I've ever, ever waited is just over 5 minutes for a person, and they're hiring aggressively to bring it back to what it used to be: immediate.

I was able to get a trader on the phone the day of the change and even though the Web system wouldn't recognize ITE or JDX in my account I could trade ITE immediately.
