Anybody else getting the "feeling" I'm getting that QCOM can't go significantly lower from here?

On repeated Nasdaq selloffs since the beginning of the year, QCOM has held its own. It would appear to me that much of the risk has been wrung out of this one...look at the chart -- base seems to be forming.

While there may be more upside than downside at this point, I also get the feeling that we will not experience signficant upside for a bit. However, that doesn't mean that it would be unwise to accumulate shares in here between 120 and 130.

Something tells me that 1 year from now, we will all go deaf from the number of people screaming, "damnit, I knew I should have bought back then."
