To be strictly accurate HITT never said they deposited it, just that it would be 7 working days or longer before funds would be made available. If I'd deposited a check for $3.5 million a month ago and it still hadn't cleared,.... I guess it's a given that the $100 mill LFT stock purchase isn't going through. HITT market cap is only $88 mill, so loss of a $100 mill cash infusion is certainly a material event. Where's the 8K? ROFL! ...Mezz -
