When will these useless ANAL_ysts spell the magic word
".... sell"

The only analysts that ever say "sell" are the ones like Asensio who have accumulated a short position on the stock. No analyst who works for a firm that does underwriting will ever issue an outright "sell" recommendation. The closest you'll ever see is "source of funds".
