John, I took the application from IBM Intellectual Property Network, under Gliatech (http://patent.womplex.ibm.com/cgi-bin/patsearch). Since it was listed under Gliatech I assumed Gliatech would wind up with the patent. I thought it would be similar to Solomon Snyder with Johns Hopkins University and Guilford Pharmaceuticals with Serine Racemase. I should have checked with Gliatech first before posting. Sorry for posting something I was not positive about.
