Unbelievable...This Martha chic on CNBC is touting that
the brokerage sector has been "ON FIRE" this past week and hopefully looking for a follow through tomorrow. Maybe some of the regular B&M's are on fire like DLJ, but nothing but a small candle has been lit under OLB's like EGRP or AMTD.
All in all, this is turning into a pretty dismal performance for OLB's
It's frusterating to see tech stocks handily beating the street getting upgrades and watching them soar to new highs on the news and have stocks like NDB blow away earnings, get upgrades and drop in stock price.
Something has to give....Interest rates can't be the entire blame on lagging performance....
It's pretty obvious E*Trade is no longer an internet stock by the streets point of view. It's getting lumped into the regular finance sector.
