Someday you will venture out of the hills of informed insight, knowledge, & N.C. and hopefully take a vacation in the Vactaionland state of Maine where an overpriced eggplant parmigiane will be waiting for you, along with a chilled glass of our finest wine. But might I suggest one of our newer specialities like like Herb Crusted Grilled Salmon,or Scampi ala Griglia, or maybe a roasted chicken lasagna w/ a roasted tomato and roasted garlic cream sauce: whatever you order I will personally do the cooking for you, it is the least I can do for your information and sense of humor. Have you ever thought of comedy routine about would be millionaire's and their stock talk??? Hey write a book everybody else does, look at Martha Stewart, and what about Ralph Lauren!!! I don't blame you for not getting involved in Canadians it can drive you crazy and the mkt. is more of a roller coaster, but fun.
