From what I was able to piece together from various generally reliable sources, the answer is YES! The EOP was delayed because of Bre-X as I had anticipated in about 6 posts back. It seems to me what Hawkeye has going for it now is the promise of its great potential by virtue of its close proximity to FORTUNE and GMD. I was informed to expect the EOP and the Airborne Survey to come on stream about mid-May. A good number of investors are becoming impatient. This is quite understandable when we realize that the Airborne Survey and the EOP have been delayed a couple of times. Already there are musings that perhaps Avalon Ventures (AVL.V), located northwest of Fortune, is a better speculative stock.
