Voted today at a school. Two years ago a $32 million building project squeeked by for more grade schools. I wandered around and 1/4th the rooms were empty. 30 desks with computers, that the feds renigged on paying for, in each room empty. Several rooms with 30 desks and computers had 4-5 students in them. Our district has computers for every child from grade one on and many that they don't even have students for. Now they want an additional $65 million for a new school. I'm going to run for the board as kick backs must be enormous.
