John, re:"not many people really expect this transaction to take place." I considered that as well, however, I have seen nothing to intimate that the deal is not completely secure and on-track. I will call PAIR to inquire directly. I think the (spread)issue is due to the fact that the closure of the deal isn't expected until Q3 ~July. That is a relatively long time to wait to realize the premium which as you know is about 4 1/2 bucks at the moment! Conversely, I think PAIR shares represent a heck of a value at the present price. The premium's there, I can be very patient (PAIR taught me well), and am looking for the gap to close over the coming months. Just hope ADCT keeps on cooking the way it has been lately! Larry
