Petz, on overclocking Athlons, most of what I've read says doing it with the mobo bus frequency alone is pretty limited. The chipsets don't seem to have a lot of headroom. Then, there's golden fingers, which lets you adjust the multiplier and core voltage. See overclockers.com.au for a roundup.

The only thing missing with golden fingers is the cache multiplier. There's supposed to be a pure software hack for that.

Of course, an Athlon 750 is probably fast enough that you won't particularly care if it's overclocked.
